2022 Susanna Bianco — natural white wine from Gazzetta. This sustainably farmed blend of Trebbiano, Ansonica and Procanico comes from forty-year-old vines in Belvedere, Bolsena, grown on volcanic soils. Grapes were harvested early, at the end of August, and underwent a four-day skin fermentation before being pressed and aged for nine months in stainless steel vats.
Aromas and flavours of apricot and stone fruit are balanced by a distinct mineral salinity from the old volcanic vineyard. Ideal for lovers of natural, low-intervention Italian whites.
