Jordi Esteve is leading the revival of Spain's historic Empordà wine region from the village of Rabós, crafting small-batch, organic wines from ancient old vines shaped by slate soils, Mediterranean climate and the occasional Tramuntana winds. Inspired by local traditions and generations of village knowledge, Jordi produces expressive, minimal-intervention wines using native grape varieties, natural fermentation and extended ageing to showcase the authenticity of Empordà terroir. His acclaimed range of reds, rosés and rare whites celebrates the region's rich winemaking heritage while helping redefine Empordà as one of Spain's most exciting emerging wine regions.
Toni Carbó founded Celler La Salada in 2012 after co-founding Mas Candí with Ramón Jané, producing authentic natural wines from organically farmed old vineyards in Penedès, Catalonia. Managed without chemicals or tilling and now cultivated using biodynamic practices, the vineyards support exceptional biodiversity and healthy soils. With no additions or sulphur, Toni's minimal intervention wines capture the vibrant character of traditional Vi Català, delivering fresh, expressive wines that reflect the region's heritage and terroir.
