The Forever and Ever Child 2023 is a vintage that fermented faster than any vintage ever seen by Anders & Anne. Most of their white wines finished the fermentation before they had even started harvesting the red ones. This sparkling rosé had twelve hours of long and gentle direct press of Syrah grown by their friends at Le Mazel. The wine began its life in cuve, finished fermentation in the bottle and spent a year on the lees before disgorgement. The result is a dry, lively pétillant with fine bubbles that carry delicate notes of red fruits, blood orange and spice.
