Celler Tomàs Torres wines, produced in Carrícola just south of Valencia, showcase the fertile, calcareous soils of the region. Since founder Vicent Tomàs retired, local vigneron Cris Vanyó has taken over vinification, ensuring a seamless transition that preserves the site-driven character and high quality of the fruit.

The Carrícola cuvée, made from local Tortosí and Tardana grapes, receives a six-day maceration before pressing and fermentation in tank. The result is a chalky, saline wine with delicate texture, restrained stone-fruit aromas and subtle bitter green-almond phenolics. This versatile natural wine pairs exceptionally well with green curry and a wide range of Mediterranean dishes.
