Born from a 1.4-hectare plot lovingly restored by Stephanie and Eduard, Cecilia is crafted from a traditional Gemischter Satz (mixed planting) and delivers something truly distinctive.
Two-thirds of the grapes are pressed immediately while the remainder spend time on the skins, yielding a wine that’s bright, structured and full of energy. Fermented with wild yeasts and aged in large, old oak, it’s bottled as naturally as it’s grown — unfined, unfiltered and made without additions.
The result is a dry, expressive amber wine with beautiful texture and untamed charm. Crunchy red fruit, subtle spice and a savory edge make it a standout on the table. Cecilia is honest, unpretentious and quietly rebellious — and even more enjoyable in Magnum.
