Description:

The return of one of our most sought-after orange wines: Adul’terre by Lambert Spielmann. Made from 100% Gewürztraminer and produced on just over two hectares around Epfig since 2017, this cuvée showcases the work of a sensitive, sustainable farmer and meticulous winemaker. Lambert’s natural approach and careful winemaking deliver wines prized for their thrilling fruit, precise balance, and harmonious texture.

Adul’terre is macerated through primary fermentation and matured in a mix of tank and barrel, producing intensely expressive varietal aromas of rosewater, citrus peel, and floral notes. The palate is textural and generous, driven by vivid peach and stone-fruit flavours that marry freshness with weight.

The 2024 vintage benefits from a slightly cooler growing season, giving this Gewürztraminer greater acidity and structure than previous years. That added freshness provides a bright counterpoint to the wine’s characteristic hedonistic spice and florality, making it exceptionally versatile with food or on its own. Highly recommended for fans of natural orange wine and Gewürztraminer seeking complexity, balance, and vibrant fruit.
