Very old-vine Rozaki, Aspro Potamisi and Mavro Potamisi, raised in stainless steel. Lightly foot-trodden before fermentation, producing a delicate rosé character.
Similar in style to the 2021 vintage but with a touch more lively acidity. Co-fermented together after the whole clusters are crushed, the result is a very bright, deep yellow wine with a pleasantly expressive flavor. Sweet fruit notes are balanced by greener, herbaceous hints imparted from contact with the stems, alongside a mild tannin that enhances complexity and the flavor density of each sip.
An intriguing wine that lends itself to a wide range of pairing possibilities: from barbecued pork and grilled charcuterie to hearty fish soups and other savory seafood dishes.
